The revolution succeeds. Enjolras confronts reality, both political and personal, while Eponine is faced with a series of opportunities. What happens when they must guide each other in this strange new world that needs them as much as they need it?

Modern AU. Enjolras, while on his weekly coffee trip to the Musain, notices a girl sitting alone with a book. She's Éponine Thénardier, who's always reading at the same table at the same time. Enjolras starts to make his trips more frequent, all the while slowly working up the nerve to say something to her, unaware that she's already realized and has been doing the same.

In Enjolras' last moments, Enjolras' thoughts wander back to the broken girl. The girl who smiled. Marius' shadow. The girl who started the barricade.

Gavroche is a little guttersnipe without a home and a family beside Eponine. But what would happen, if he survives the revolution? Will he find a family and his place in life?

When he saw Enjolras's face frozen as if he were truly a statue, frozen in a look of pain, Grantaire turned and sprinted away from the Musain. He wasn't sure exactly where he was going but soon he found himself in earshot of the Seine... No. He couldn't let this happen... not now...
