It's the holidays, and everyone from Tesladyne save Jenkins and Robo take the week off as part of their vacation policy. Bernard stays behind after having a falling out with his family, and recalls what had happened since the events of Ghost of Station X. Seeing the company about to fall on hard times, he and Robo have a heartfelt conversation about their problems.

A quick short story elaborating on Robo's thoughts as he began Tesladyne in the 50s at the Empire State Building. The promise stems from Robo and Tesla's dialog in Vol. 5, Issue 3.
