This is a pairing that I unabashedly love so I've collected my favorite examples for the reading pleasure of other Allan/Djaq fans. These fics are all complete, have a significant AllanDjaq component and are (in my subjective opinion) extremely well-written.

Djaq is an incredible character who never got nearly enough to do on the show. Luckily for us, we can remedy that in the world of FanFiction. Here you'll find stories in which Djaq features as a main character - either as part of a couple, group, or on her own. Not all of them are complete, and I make no claims as to the quality of any of them (although many of them are quite good!).
