charter:	I decided I want a community where people recommend good quality, finished fan fiction that someone recommends and another person seconds that. All first recommendations will be found on a corresponding forum. And when someone else seconds the fan fiction then it will be place in the community for all to share. Any pairings, genres, lengths, ratings are allowed. The only rule all stories must be complete for recommendation.
