A mysterious chest is given to Water Goddess Suiren; however it disappears and odd things start to occur to the village's water supply. Unknown to them the caged goddess is returning and with Suiren punishing the village for no reason things grow hectic.

Yoichi and Izuna were just on their way over to a party of sorts, but then a certain somebody gets in their way, and that person is Kagen, the great fire deity.
