Upon beating Kid Icarus Uprising, you are given the option to set Viridi as your permanent goddess. Level dialouge remains unchanged. It shouldn't have. This story is not for people missing out on the game, as it's almost all dialouge. Best when read right after playing the corresponding level in Uprising.

2 years have passed since the events of Uprising. Upon investigating a weird disturbance, Pit soon finds himself in another large battle. This time, Pit will be pushed to his limits as he encounters new beings that aren't as simple as they seem. Will Pit be able to protect everyone? Adventure, action, and drama wait in this new tale.

As the battle to protect the stolen and endangered commences, so does a battle of love, lust and allegiance. Who's will, will crumble first?

One year after Uprising, Skyworld is at peace, until the day when things go very wrong. When Palutena is kidnapped, Skyworld is thrown off balance, and an evil being named Darkus threatens to destroy it along with the whole world. Only Dark Pit, Pit, and new and old friends can stop him, but who is Darkus anyway?

Pit failed to defeat Medusa and is now her prisoner. He quickly learns that he should have been a lot more focused in battle than he was, as it now meant a lot of pain for him. WARNINGS, blood, violence, gore and torture.
