Danny and Scarlett Fox are snatched away to a mysterious place called The Temple when they turn 13. They meet Barry and Karma and find out that they are in a temple where they have to keep running away from a monster called the "Giant Demon Gorilla Thing."

Once finding it, things seem to take an extreme turn for the worse. Will they manage to unlock its power, or die terribly on their quest to get it? Told from the POV of Scarlett Fox.
