Formerly Vegas. January is a busy time for the Blues Brothers showband. From Buster getting attacked by a man who pretended to be his father, to the Vegas blues showcase getting burned down, to the Queen Mary out in Long Beach California where some of the band have spooky adventures.

Chelsea never knew who her father was. She had been taken in by Curtis and had been raised with the sound of R&B. She always got in trouble from listening ti it, because it had been forbidden. On her 13th birthday, she would finally know who her father is: Elwood J. Blues. Now, she would have to face the challanged that the BB had to face: the goverment. A mission from God?

After Elwood returns to the USA, he picks up the threads of the life he left off. Melody and Alan have drifted apart, Mack joins up with the band, Buster comes along for the ride. During the journey down to Louisiana, Alan and Melody, though hostile at first, gradually begin to reconnect. Starts off just after Willie's gets torched and goes beyond what's in the movie.

Jake's fed up with all the equipment breaking all the time and hires a technical director to fix it all and help out where they are needed. Melody Calloway, an expert at fixing mechanical problems, has a dark past of which she is targeted. Dedicated to the memory of Alan "Mr. Fabulous" Rubin. T for teen because of swearing.

Calloway Curtis, the St. Helens screwball and R B music-lover, is called to the Reverend Mother's office, where she finally learns the truth about her parents. Namely, her father was none other than Jake E. Blues. Please read/review, more parts to come.

Jake and Elwood have been close for practically forever, but after one incedent in jail, the two have drifted in different directions. But when Jake feels like he has nobody left, Elwood returns, seeking closure of his own.

This is a story about the band going to see Jake 30 years later. He died 30 years ago today. The way he died in this story is not how he really died; the death is the one I made up for my other BB story His Final Days
