Paul had a pull, like gravity, like the need to sing that Barry couldn't ignore... but how long would it take before things connected, before they fell into place, before they fell apart?

Paul and Barry fumble through what they have, and what they don't, and everything in between.

All that is left of the boys is the tapes Laura recorded and their scrawl on the walls. Paul and Laura have met here for something - to find something, some meaning...

Paul searches for meaning - his meaning - in the short lives of Tom and Barry. Perhaps he hasn't left a mark, or a trace at all.

Chris Dervish has reached his breaking point - he has made a promise to Paul and yet that pull of the needle is too much to bear. Paul copes, but will it be enough?

Paul is haunted.

Tom has found himself on the outside looking in: both at Barry and his desire for Paul, and that sinister force that has a desire for better control of Barry's mind and body.

Paul and Chris are a unit - they are a pair - at least until Laura Ashworth shows up...

Chris Dervish considers his relationship with Paul... and his relationship with skag, and struggles to come to terms with which is more important.
