Will the shapeshifting alien from 'The Thing' save the world from doom?

Todos sabemos como acaba la pelicula, pero nadie sabe que paso en medio. El Gran Antiguo cuenta lo que paso realmente y lo que va a pasar.

Dana is fed up of being labelled as the college 'whore' for sleeping with her professor (despite the fact she lost her virginity to him) so when her friend Jules invites her to spend the weekend at Kurt's cousin's cabin in the woods she jumps at the prospect. A whole weekend away from whispering? And pointing? And stupid rumours? She was in.

What would have happened in that cabin in the woods if Dana hadn't called the others to read from the journal? What if another item had been chosen? A slight AU story ( in that the storyline is different from the movie due to different monster) I'm giving it a high rating for content, I suppose. Enjoy!

This story is a lot like The Cabin in the Woods, but it has elements of some other movies too. It's not great and it's *BASED ON MY FRIENDS*. And me of course xo. 9 girls go on a road trip to a large cabin previously owned by Ashley's grandmother. What they don't know when they arrive is that mutants are surrounding the cabin in the woods. Now it's a battle for survival! Lol

An alternative to the choice of monster that Marty, Kurt, Holden, Jules, and Dana choose in the cellar - the bloody bride instead of the Buckner's. Eventual Dana/Marty romance

Dana must choose between killing her friend or the world. What will she do. This is my version of the ending of the movie.

A prequel story set about 30 years before the film.

After the world was crushed by the "Ancient Ones" thanks for that by the way , they then decide they want humanity to suffer a little bit more because torturing 5 people to death and the destroying the world with a big giant hand was not enough . anyway they then selects 5 more teenagers to kill and torture will the ritual work this time?

He might not be willing to die for the whole world, but he'd die for her.

Marty has warned Dana and the rest of the group multiple times about his "theory"... nobody listened to him... not once. This is the one time Dana listened. Kinda a Marty POV about a few of the times... takes place during my other story "Not Better Left Unspoken". Rated T for language.

AU to movie - There's a time and place that you admit someone you love them, even if that time is when you have an undead family chasing you in the dark to kill you. Dana loves Marty and if she survived without telling him those three words... maybe it was better she didn't survive at all.
