Cadet Dotson leaves Madison Preparatory Academy for his new home at Wellington Academy. Dismissed as leader of the Madison JROTC team, Dotson looks forward to beginning again at a new school- and perhaps being given a fair chance at something for once in his life.

After the Virginian Military Games Major Payne sends the boys of Madison Prep to a summer camp to brush up on their skills and to get them involved in a little healthy competition. Chaos, rivalries, pranks and distractions ensue with the arrival of Kempsey Academy, an all female squad.
