Lace has been a newsie almost her entire life. Being a girl amongst all these boys had never been a problem until Lace finds trouble and bigger trouble finds her. She needs the boys, her brother, and most of all her once dear friend, but they never see it

There was a lot more to Racetrack than smoking and bets. In fact, he was very dedicated to his job as a Newsie. Or, more like dedicated to the young lady on Park Avenue whose parents pay him to drop off the paper at their house everday.

A girl named Goose becomes a newsie after her family is dead, and finds a new family with the Manhattan newsboys.

Winter was for remembering because the stars were always out most in Winter. The stars made him remember. And Jack remembered, he remembered his mother. And David, well he happened to be at the right place, at the right time.

Athena and her girls are Jack's birds. He sends them to get Intel, and in return they get a place to stay and food to eat. Simple enough, but when one of their own ends up on the wrong side of Spot Conlon, Athena has to make a choice. an' it ain't good
