Rocky Balboa is dead and his son Robert Balboa has gotten married to a women named Marissa. They then have a child named Matthew Balboa. Matthew is bullied all his life and when his parents find out about it they decide they need to do something about it. Robert then tells Matthew about Rocky who would never back down from a fight. This then inspires him to lead the Rocky legacy.
