There's something about Isabelle. Just something about her. Companion piece to my longer fanfiction, Looking On. It's a snapshot of Merrill's thoughts at one point in the story-and if you haven't read Looking On, it won't make much sense, as it features my OC, Isabelle. Merrill lived his life ridiculed by his swings, by everyone, save for family, and the person who hides in the shadows. This girl loves him for who he is, what he does, how he lives. He never knew her, never saw her, didn't know she existed, just the way she wanted it. This is her, no, their story on survival, safety, life, and love.

Basically, the aliens return and are stronger than ever. A young couple fights to survive on their secluded Nebraska farm. Rated PG-13. Please R & R.
