Romeo and Juliet having been reliving their death over and over for who knows how long. Is it possible to change a destiny that has already been set in stone?

I loved him. I really did. I just wish I met him before I met the nuns. Maybe then I wouldn't have taken that vow. Maybe then we would have been together. Maybe I still would've said no. Many people would probably start asking themselves: Where are my parents? Why are they letting this happen to their only daughter? The answer's fairly simple. My parents don't love me; I am merely the means to an end. Julie Capulet wants to escape from her abusive crime lord family and her shattered life. she escapes and meets Romeo, who teaches her to stand on her own two feet.

Act II, Scene 7: Romeo and Juliet's wedding

I wrote this as an piece of homework for school and I think its probably the best thing I've written for ages. And yes, the last bit is adapted from what you think it's adapted from.

The title translates, from Latin to Unseen Love. Imagine if Romeo and Juliet weren't the only one's in love. This is the fanfiction version of what else was happening during this time. It's set in modern day, 2013.

A little oneshot of what I think Mercutio might have thought as he was dying. Mostly inspired by my fellow castmate in my production of Romeo and Juliet, but partly by my own interpretation of the character. I tried to keep it at least semi-Shakespearean, but it's kinda hard to write in that style.

It's been decades since the star-crossed lovers escaped the tomb, leaving behind all of their loved ones. Juliet and Romeo have aged, privately blaming one another for their dissatisfaction with their lives now. Juliet finds solace in the moon again, coming to terms with the fact that Romeo isn't everything she thought he was when they fell in love so long ago.
