about the stories i think that a Cloud/Yuffie would be very good as well as a Robin/Raven and also for Rurouni Kenshin i think a Kenshin/Misao could be very interesting if you decided to try it and last but not least i also think a Inuyasha/Sango and a Shinji/Hikari fic could be very good
