I feel more sorry for Legolas then Pippin. but i think it would have been better if you continued after Legolas fell in the water, with Aragorn pulling him out. maybe with the help of some other elves who heard his scream.

Okay, it was really sad. I'm a bit confused though. Did Legolas scold Pippin or comfort him? I think one of the incidents was a dream, but which one? Anyway, it was really sad that even Haldir scorned him, after all he'd been through. You'd think that an Elf would understand, more so than any mortal. Anyway, I'm babbling. Great story!

Wow, good story! I really liked this. Poor Pippin...Poor Legolas... It was interesting to see Legolas being such a jerk...and you know what? You have a lot of talent as a writer, as Legolas didn't seem out of character at all, even when he was at his meanest! I really liked this!

This is the first Pippin suicide type thing I've read. I liked it. I wonder how far back Legolas was taken when he was allowed back to fix his mistake. It seems as though your words were saying he had to live through Gandalf's death again.
