I have to agree with your view of the way things would be, the GD has far too much pride and self control to let anything else happen (in the movie at least!) Such an irony, that in the book he gives her infinite chances to learn, expand. C'est la vie, though, *deep breath* disturbing, but with a painful honesty that I like. I would suggest you use a little more description next time though, a little constructive critisism. It would help give the world a little more depth, and add another aspect to an already stunning peice! |

I too was very unhappy with the ending of the movie... one thing we fanfic writers do is try and fix it. :-D You certainly did admirably in that department. VERY good!!!
