Very sad. You have the perfect touch. Her description of losing Marcus, then the picture at the end...just so sad, yet good to see her acknowledging her feelings & living with them.

*sniff* Well, that was quite possibly one of the saddest stories I've ever read. And probably one of the best too. Short - but not blunt and hurried, sweet - but not rot your teeth sap, not OOC, and just the right amount of depression.

Sweet, sad, and slightly shippy. Just the kind of fic I like.
