This was TOO good to not review. I don't normally read Digimon fanfiction, and the only pairing I really look out for is Leekato, which you served very well. Your writing is so impressive to me in that I also enjoyed the parts of pairings I'm usually apathetic to. That's definitely great writing in my eyes. I don't even normally like love triangles either! I surely hope you continue this fanfiction even if it takes years! Continuing is better than not.

Ending with so many untied strings would not do this fanfiction justice!

I read this story in two days, and you have me completely amazed. Sometimes you get the characters out of character but, it's amazing! Ok, Kazu's obsession for Ryo might be a bit exaggerated, but I like Ryo, with Rika! Sometimes is weird to see Rika being so cold, especially after what she lived with Takato in the Parasimon incident, but, she's getting better.

I love this because I love Jenrya/Takato pairing! I lvoed the scene in the lake when they almost die.

Now, at first I thought this story would be no-adventure thing, but I was wrong. I love the idea of Jen having a "dark side" and Jeri going semi-mad.

Great story, hope to see an update soon (take your time thought).

Alrighty! Took a while, but really got into it finished thy latest installment.

I definitely racked up a few thoughts on this one...

Antijen... wow, he's, um, quite the agitator. Sometimes it feels less like he's abusing the good guys so much as he's abusing US the readers with his bottomless supply of snark and smug superiority. XD; I suspect you LIKE that kind of personality trait (be they canon or of your own creation), but yeah, he seriously annoys me (...but maybe that's a good thing...)

And you (finally) established Antijen's voice as essentially Jenrya's. Though, what can I do - so much villainous dialogue for the pure sake of sounding villainous (my poor brain mentally assigned the voice of Naraku, from freaking Inuyasha, to him...) XD;

What else... you said this was 2 years right? That would make them either 12 (Japan ver.) or 15 (US ver.) 15 sounds more likely just because of the unusually HIGH vocabulary at play, at least during Takato's scene with Kazu/Kenta. ; And speaking of the Tamers growing up, they seem to have lost a considerable sense of imagination; Jenrya's suspicious behavior happening smack-dab during the peak of the Tamers season could have easily been met with theories of supernatural forces amongst the three boys (and not be necessarily jokes). Oh well, I can't pick it apart. I mean, tons of other fic writers who want to write drama would have faired much worse. You at least ACKNOWLEDGE and RESPECT the digimon characters. Moreso, you acknowledge and respect the existing ADULT CHARACTERS as living, breathing human beings- an act that must terrify much of the fanbase. XD)

But, um, I dunno, maybe it just seemed mildly incongruous how Antijen had such a WAY upper hand, while the good guys are seemingly stuck on a Real Life mentality.

Lots of great banter from Kazu/Kenta of course, of course. XD

Terriermon's unexplained absence during BLACK MINI CYCLONE of DOOM was ...quizzical. I guess it didn't matter. I LIKE how you framed the bad encounter with the prior encounter with Mayumi. That kind of narrative technique is more potent than simply watching Anitjen showing off his NIGH-UNSTOPPABLE powers scene after scene. ;;

Well, you seem to know where you're going with this, even after all this time... if I was quick to fault you on stuff it's probably only the few rough edges on the otherwise solid storytelling and fascinating conclusion to come. .0

I hope Kenta's ok, and I hope the Tamers can save Jenrya. To be honest I hope Takato ends up liking Jeri instead of Jenrya but that's just my opinion, its your story. Anyway, i'm loving this, so please please update soon.

I am now officially hooked. This is completely insane but in a really serious and melodramatic way while at the same time not quite being over-the-top so it's actually really entertaining.

Only I feel I probably shouldn't have laughed as much as I did when Jen and Takato's boat sunk back when it did, and the newer developments are really quite interesting. Can't wait to see more!

And WHY, may I ask, have you decided not to pair Kenta up with anyone? I saw that comment and got a bit curious. He's really mopey in this 'fic (this is a complete change from how I've seen him previously, with the exception of some of Dragonflie's fics, where it's hard to tell what ANY of the characters are), will that have something to do with the breakup or did you always see him that way?

And Takato's got issues. ;)

Okay, by this point I'm interested to see what goes on because the entire thing seems to be one big web and it's all sticky and it's kinda got my eyes and my brain, and I can't unstick it (although a not-so-good fanfiction almost did the job, but broke halfway), so I'm excited to see what happens next, with who and what.

In fact, the only reason I haven't yet (other than being on limited time in an internet cafe) is because a foolish and unbelievable filter decided to stop me seeing the next chapter and beyond. CRIME! So, I'm looking forward to it, you're weaving a nice little story here and I can't wait to read the next bit! Keep up the good work!

Excellent writing, stylistically and technically. I think the only inconsistency I've noticed was that Kenta and Jenrya's history test turned into a chemistry test by lunchtime.

Time for a postive review unlike Twin-Dragon. What's up with that? You clearly stated that it Takato and Ruki as the main characters in love triangles. As usual this fic is done well. That's what I like about it. Jenrya is being a little angsty is this chapter plus doing some Rukazu interaction is cute. Can't wait for the next chapter.
