chicobo329 2004-12-29 ch 14, anon.	abuseIt's nice to know that Debbie's fans are still checking back often :^) The Children of the Digital is currently on hiatus until further notice. The reason being our current work on the Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic, Timeless Bonds. Progress on that fic is running along very smoothly, and more chapters should be expected early next year (2005). As for CotD, Debbie has suffered a lack of inspiration for Digimon as of late. The memories are still fresh in our minds, and when the time comes, I'll knock the inspiration back into Debbie if I have to :^D You all have been great fans over the years :^) I ask for your continued patience; it will pay off in the end :^)

Celestra 2004-07-20 ch 1,	abuseOh, wow. Let me tell you, my jaw has dropped whilst reading this, and this was only the first chapter. I have to say, this sounds like it will be an amazing, compelling read. There's so many mysteries that are itching to be solved, and it is quite creative in how not only does it tie into what you've already written but it connects with the show itself. Only a truly talented writer could insert their own characters and pull this off. You also keep the flavor of the show - Kari is still the important one, what with being the reincarnation of the Maiden who would defeat the ultimate villain - and yet it is so natural. Speaking of villains, I must say that Daematermon sounds like the ultimate villain. Rock on, evil females! ^-~ Seriously though, she has real motives that make sense, she is cool and calculating, and the idea of a mother-daemon planting her evil children is just too cool to pass up. And you sly girl, you even put your beloved Demy into this! Debs, you really do rule. I can't wait to read more into this :D

How about you head over and register with digimon_fanfics one of the yahoo groups i'm affiliated with and r+r my story there. It would ve a great help, seeing as you're loads more experienced at this than I am. I would be extremely grateful if you could. Plz write some romance scenes between Izzy and Cleo, they are THE PERFECT couple. gerjomarty 2004-01-22 ch 14,	abuseThat was a brilliant new chapter! I was completely immersed in the whole story. It was hard to pick up for the first few lines, but after that I really got in to the story. I really enjoyed Joe and Frankie's bit at the start. It made me smile when I read that Joe was being competitive. But I noticed it was like he was the old pessimistic Joe after he mended his crest. Every time you mention the darkness it really does make me shudder. I'll even admit that I scratched my left wrist during this. The parts about the virus were very well written, and everythng was very graphic and descriptive, which is the way to go! I'm glad you tackled the Tai/Izzy confrontation about the Piedmon battle in here. I loved Tai and Izzy's character building. Grinning widely to myself after Izzy won the fight and he was being praised by Tai. :) The dying Unimon really touched my heart. Seeing Matt like that also really opens up a whole new side to him, much like the side he found at the end of season one. It's very different from the 'rebel' attitude that he was labelled with. Overall, Debbie, I'd say you've made a lasting impression on me with this one. Heck, I don't even care that's its overdue! Well done on a fine piece of fiction, and keep writing! ;) --Gerjo

Liked the sweet romance, I'm more a fan of takari, but I was there believing the speech and thinking of the pair as more brother and sister, You're making a daikari fan of me! So is Vampdevimon attacking the shield as a personel revenge towards the older kids? Will it affect their powers? O! You always leave me dying to read more! Damn you! gerjomarty 2003-11-02 ch 13,	abuseHi Debs! Glad you got the next chapter up! you showed a side to davis that I'm sure most people have never seen before. You portrayed him very well! I'm not the biggest fan of Daikari, but I have to say that swung me round a bit. We'll have to talk about the plans you have for my Gato, though ;) . Miyako really does seem to have leadership qualities, especially after what everyone else said about her. I'm glad she eventually came round to the idea, becuase Yolei was almost always more of a leader than Davis was, especially in the past few chapters. Thanks for explaining the shields, although I had a wee bit of an inkling that it might have been the crests. Haha! I also really liked Mimi & Jyou dancing in the rain! That really is a seriously overlooked couple! I think that Joe needs to find a balance between the Reconciler and the 'Old Joe' and I think he found it with Mimi! I also like the way Izzy always gets so caught up in his work, and the way he's always with Cleo. Starting to build up a picture of what this prophecy means, but so far I haven't got too far. I'll kepp trying though ;) . Hey! Sora's a good character! Don't go dogging Sora! And finally, I like Vampdevimon's heart, and the way he's been told that he will be destroyed! I love it, though I'm sure you already knew that. ;) Hm, Gennai and Phrophetmon are starting to look like very mysterious characters. I wonder... What happened to Dasalmon? Hope I spelt that right? Are they going to have any side effects with their powers because of losing their shields? Poor Tai, he gets knocked out and Mimi gasps in pain! Though I suppose the powers react differently. Can't wait for more!

I liked the fact that all digidestined have powers, and it seems funny when you look back to earlier fics where the old kids all thought it was weird and freakish. Also liked the well overdue explanation for Michael's reality powers. there was also a lot more revealed on Nikhai, but i can't figure out why she had the heart name 'Mask'. I also wondered if Cleo was actually trapped in the garden where the first battle occured, since Nikhai happened to say:"It's not a dream anymore." And where does Eugene Weiss fit in? Can't wait for the next chapter! thanx, gerjo

Lots of secrets this chapter, like who are the fallen children, the crest is only half? And of course the ending, he's her son! Ah! I can't wait for the next part.
