The story comes across like the music, sad and beautiful. Particularly in that last line. (Okay, second to last line.)
I like how it's punctuated with notsorandom 'I love Tohma' moments. But it's so short!
I'm not precise about it, but I think the (second to) last sentence should begin 'She and Tohma.'

Beautifully written, and a nice characterization of the relationship. I love stories where the affection between Mika and Tohma comes through...so many fics in shonen-ai genres unfortunately tend to write females as hateful shrews that the boys can't stand. I loved your other Mika/Tohma story(ies) as well...would you consider writing a companion piece about their relationship before marriage? The flashbacks and snippets from the story made me want more. :)

Still, I did rather like this; Tohma/Mika is rarely explored without making Mika into an utter ** (which she is not) and Tohma into a user.... which HE is not. I very much liked your use of music, and it seemed like you know what you were talking about (I'm practically tonedeaf!) and the interaction seemed on target. *rereads* Hey, looks like I was pretty thorough... whaddya know? ^_~ Anyway, nice work.

I liked...yes, I know that isn't very helpful to you, but I did enjoy this ^^ I think you have a good grasp on Tohma and Mika's relationship and I really do like how you write them. I haven't really seen anyone explore these characters, but I think your interpretation of them is very believable/plausible. And you don't make Mika out to be some crazed/** wife ^_^ Always a plus. Great job with the story :)
