I can't believe I never reviewed this story, seeing as it was one of the first I ever read. This is hilarious! I loved the horse's first impression: "A pint-sized, red-headed girl with a sword and really intimidating eyes?" Poor Kenshin... Still, he got the best line of all: "Horse, I require your services."

It's intriguing to compare the tone of this to, say, "Descent into Madness". :-)

*tears in eyes from laughter* Hiten Mitsurugi Horse. Its been a while since i'v seen that but this fic brought the image glaring back, except the horse had that red white cloak on him. I'm getting dizzy from laughing and from lack of sleep but mostly laughing.

The writing was very controlled and leading on scenes in a reincarnate Mitsurugi Mster was very well done. Hehehee...mistaking Kenshin for a girl is Hillatious and expected. But don't horses have mono-scopic vision??
