Very interesting. :) Though a bit OoC, I think, somehow. Can't exactly put my finger on it.

Brilliant. Words have power, in their own right, and they are precise and important and perfect, and you captured that exactly. I love the precision you used in selecting words for this piece: when it's about words, you can't be casual with the words you choose, and you weren't. I also love the idea that this, this is what draws Voldemort, and frankly, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

You know... this pov could be... the easy one, Riddle's (but i don't know if with his childhood he got the time to learn/appreciate pronunciation) or Malfoy's (he could have been raised and educated at liking right pronunciation) or even Snape (in his pursue of knoledge and subtleness) or even Bellatrix (before completly losing her mind in the darkness of evil).

Aya... This, I love, in a twisted sort of way. You're the one in love with the english language, only in your ficlet, it's Tom Riddle who is in love with words and their aesthetics. I just love the idea that, originally, he wasn't some cruel sadistic fiend... Just a kid learning spells and loving the way words flowed. In addition to that- I like the way you ended it.

Creepy indeed. It makes a lot of sense, for evil to begin just with how a word sounds. Brilliant fic.

WELL. That's a way to think of it I hadn't heard of. He liked saying them. Saying them! Actually looked to me like he also enjoyed inflcting them, but still, a interesting idea. And I like the title, too. "Vocabulary Lesson." Very cool.

Oh. *shivers* Very good - a wonderful take on Tom Riddle's childhood. This was such a fascinating idea, and you wrote it so well... There was such an elegant sort of denial throughout the whole thing.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful, dark and compelling. You can feel the curiously almost innocence in Tom Riddle's thoughts, like a little lost child wondering where 'mummy' had gone. Very in-character and there's a sort of... depth to it. I enjoyed reading it.
