This is strangely enough (I mean it lacks G/V freshness) one of my favourite chapters! I love how you incorporated the Ginyu Force in to your fic. Very few authors combine canon elements in AU fics, so KUDOS to you! Although, you missed a great opportunity for a comic touch. I mean the Ginyu Force ARE bumbling gay freaks. Now we know where saiyaman gets it from! Poor Gohan and his mentally-scarring childhood (tsk, tsk)!

Aw, it was so sweet! Although, maybe their romance could ahve developed a little more before this admission of love but it IS G/V. I mean they DO have a fairy-tale like romance, so I forgive you!
Oh, and have you checked out Cerberus' (oldish)'teenage love' site? It's G/V.

I love the last little cliff-hanger like line: "Little did Gohan that the relationship he and Videl shared would lead to his downfall, and there would be know way he or Videl could prevent it."

Although I find it strange that Piccolo is mentioned as also being abducted by the saiyans but that isn't an aspect of the story that is later developed. I would have thought that Videl, if informed of Piccolo's abduction, would have wanted to find him.
Oh, and wouldn't Videl feel a little guilty about so readily starting a romance with the man who killed all her loved ones?

Again, I loved it! Yet, I feel Videl lost her hostile feeling towards Gohan too quickly. I mean he just destroyed her home planet, for God's Sake! AND killed all her loved ones in front of her.
But it was good non-the-less!

Maybe the fight scene between Gohan and Videl could have been delineated in a little more detail so that Videl's impressive strength relative to normal humans could have been emphasised.

I love how you have paralleled Videl with canon Goku. I mean she's Roshi's prodigenous pupil and has mastered the KAME HAME HA attack! Maybe more could have been done to emphasise the Z forces' potency so that the outcome of the final battle between the Z gang and the saiayns doesn't seem so inevitable.
All in all, I loved it!

Maybe you could have described Videl as 'beautiful'(cause she is) and it would really give a sense of our heroin relative to the romance that ensues between her and her captor.

I want you to know that this is one of a very few number of fics where you REALLY get a sense of the true love Gohan feels for Videl.
Reading your story, I really fel he will do ANYTHING for her.
None of it seems forced.
