It was a good idea, but far-fetched. How was she supposed to hide it? Why would Jonathan say Greenlee was dead? And when would this story have taken place?

Well, it's not a bad concept but, it just seems off.
Greenlee seems too old. And Duncan was Sabrina's married name so, why would she have to give her kid up? You should still write.

I liked this, but there was just something about it that I found to be unbelievable. Greenlee sounds to be way to old to be Sabrina's child...and the whole concept that she would abandon her just seems too far fetched. The concept was good though.

and.... how old was GreenLee? , lol, i have no idea.... at first i thought she was a little kid, but her language, and choose of words..... teenager .... but, sabrina was only about 24 -26 ..... did she have her when she was like 7, or 8.... lol
