Dot: (Looks at me, shocked) Easy on the language!

Me: Don't worry, I won't use the REALLY bad language around the kids.

(I motion to Enzo and little AndriAIa- also known as Andri)

Enzo: Hey! Wer're not little kids! We can handle it!

Bob: Uh, maybe you kids should go and play.

Enzo: Ok, OK. Come on Andri!

Andri: Right behind ya Enzo!

(They run off, laughing. I smile)

Me: Ah . . . kids . . . AHEM! Anyhow, great job!

You know, for a first time fic that was pretty darn good. Much better than my first attempt. *Shivers* Goddess, it was foul. Um, Dot seemed a little extreme but it made the story more fun. 'Sides I like Dottie acting childish. She's earned it. And...your cookie is in the mail. *Grins*

This is really well written. I think that Dot was a bit harsher than her usual character would have been, but it all fell together in the end. A job well done.

There may be several fics that depict the interactions (what's with me and that word?) that are to come between Matrix and his younger counterpart floating around the 'Net, but this one stands out. The characters act just as you would have thought they would. A great read!

Like I said, I'm working my way down the list. I really like this fic. It has Dot responding to Matrix in a far different way than any other story does. I'm not sure I agree that she would act like that but it is an interesting idea. I hope you write more.
