Although I never particularly cared for Daria/Tom, I still don't think he was a bad person...just not the right person for Daria. I'm not sure that Trent is either though, but we've never actually seen them together.

Not only do I LOVE Trent and Daria together, but I figure that the Tom/Daria shippers got theirs in the show... not that I dislike Tom or anything. Anyhoo!! ^_^ Keep up the great work!

Mace 2002-11-30 ch 4, anon.	abuseI'm not gonna tell you how I wish you would end your fanfic because it's yours and you should decide. I hate neither Tom nor Trent, though I am a definite 'shipper for one of the couples. Whatever you decide, though, I'm really enjoying this story. The characters are definitely in-character and I love how you're using flashbacks without saying FLASHBACK HERE get prepared for angsty recollections of the good ole days. It's hard to present a lovestory without lots of mush and short of the D/Tom conversation, I really think you managed to do that here. The D/Trent 'feels nice' was mushy too, but neither gave me a cavity and both made the story move forward. Good luck. I look forward to reading more.
