Great fic. I can see why it was so popular, although I'm not sure why you wrote everything the Pokemon spoke as pokespeech (is that the word) and THEN rewrote it in the English version.

What do you think Jess/James & Meowth, a.k.a Team Rocket, are trying to pull just about EVERY single time they show up in the TV show or manga?

A: They're trying to steal (TR treats pokemon like property)/kidnap Pikachu.

The only way I can make sense of Ash's apparent disbelief is if Ash also considered his pokemon possessions, like TR, and/or the act of taking HIM along with Pikachu was on a whole new level of deplorable.

That is, if we ignore how James/Jessey & Meowth proclaim their affiliation with Team Rocket -notorious poke-thiefs and reputedly cruel towards Pokemon- every meeting. Yeah lets ignore their track record. And all the times Ash has been caught up in the proccess.

This is a REALLY awesome story! I hope there's a sequel!

It is a marvel of perfection, that on this blue marble called earth, that such insightfully delighting fanfiction is so great. Authors like Dragoness have kept this alive for many years, and it is, truly, the best. So, I say, it is a great and happy day, to which, I say that the fiction work 'everything Changes' shall LIVE ON!
