Hermione is the number 1 witch at Hogwarts, Head Girl ,Top of her Class,almost fully trained witch and yet Harry is going to leave and she can't even have the SENSE to perfrorm at least a full body bind or a tickling charm? I mean COME ON MAN!

And alos why is Dumbledore gone? You honestly believe that just what Harry learns in school will be sfficient in his "end battle" with Voldemort. I don't think so!! Voldemort is practically inhuman! I think Harry will need a lot more that winguardium leviosa to defeat him. Dumbledore is then supposed to train Harry helping him to exceed his own power. It can't all be so easy and fall into place just like that!!

I didn't read the disclaimer until the chapter where they come to the village where the boys parents are hanging dead and i was like., !Hm, this seems farmiliar, where do i know this from.! and then i was all like !Ah Kenshin! and I went and read the disclaimer and hey, ya said it was.
