Ahh, it was so sad! But I love how you ended it. Having an ending like this made it more real.

I just read this story, and it gripped me hard. I loved it! the chemistry, the personalization.. and the ending, most especially.

Of course I would love to know what happened to Marie - Maybe an epilogue someday? After all, in Hazard, Mary was told to have died under suspcious circumstances. :D

Wow...this story is really good. The ending is so sad though.. :( I really wanted Remy to find her.. why would she just disappear without a trace? :(

Other than that I loved their chemistry, and other characters as well. Great work.

I really like how the story followed so well with the song and how you chose to end it. It could be drawn out in many different ways, but I think it makes it has much more of an impact and is more memorable this way. A reason to stand out from so many others. The characterizations and build up were also very good.

Ohmygosh, no offense to your planning to end it like this, but come on! I loved reading about the dynamic relationship between Marie and Remy, and the twist of them becoming best friends at a young age. I also liked how you got your idea for this story :) But in my opinion, there should be a sequel! Just an idea :]

P.P.S I read your response to alwaysright in ch. 9, and I have to say that 1) I am in love with general hospital and 2) if you watch the show, there are a lot of similarities between General Hospital and X-Men:Evolution! I made a whole list of charecters that are like the same. Like, Prof. Xavier and Sonny Corinthos, Magneto and Anthony Zacchara(sp?), Rogue is Lulu so Remy has got to be Dante(which is kind of ironic cuz Dante is a cop and Remy is a thief)! I have this huge list of who's who!

this story blew me away. was so moved by it and loved it so much that i even joined just to favourit it! i'm so glad you left it hanging, not many people do, it left a unsettled uneasy feeling in my stomach, but that was far more moving and real than a happy ever after, or even closure would have. Truly a amazing story, i feel so much empanthy towards our poor remy, so well done,

Hey! Cliffhangers are good, they make you think of what's gonna happen next. (also, you get their attention because they wanna know what's gonna happen so you have them hooked on reading your story.)

no it doesnt matter if you thought it out well. I just wanted to know if she was alive. She could have been kidnapped and never fulfill her dream for all i case but that ending was beyond sad. Your a very talented writer and i love your stories despite how sad i feel after reading them (I was in tears after this story and after midnight). Wow I actually think this is the first Romy i have read with such an ambiguous ending; normally they either live happily ever after or they die as a couple. Cant wait to read your other works.

I'm so sad he didn't find her. I was kind of hoping she'd be in New York, living her dream. That would have been cute. And then Remy would have ridden up on his bike and they'd be together again!

Lovely story, I loved it through and through. Beginning, middle and end. Flashbacks were cute, canon characters with some charming o.c's to boot :)
