I read up to chapter 8 on The Littlest Page, and just had to read more. I LOVE IT. Normally I just chuckle or giggle at fanfictions I find humorous, but you had me laughing out loud quite a lot. Smoker is one of my favorite characters, and I found that not only was he written mostly IC, but Tashigi was as well (who I also love).

Once again, I adored reading this. I look forward to the final chapters.

Very nice! I liked this story, having the interaction between the wealthy elite and the marines, plus with the dinner party, which was hilarious. Esp. the debutantes becoming enthusiastic about weapons and being able to defend themselves.

The band of debutants and lords rallying against the Enemy reminds me in some way of something Terry Pratchett would write.

Hah, the last part, with the descriptions of those two characters, that was great.

I hope this fic, at least, won't be part of the 'upcoming purge' your profile mentions; it's brilliantly written and characterised, and I can't help but come back to it.

Oh, boy, that was fun. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing (reading) Smoker and Tashigi suffer the torture of High Society... and then turning it around. I take it that they will be leaving the premises with a fair amount of cigars and a sword or two for their efforts... gratitude is never overrated.

Ahm... what they said? Brilliant story.

Smoker and Tashigi are beautifully in character in this story. Their actions are exactly what Oda would have done himself, and their thoughts match just as well. In addition, the story flows so smoothly it barely seems that I'm reading it, rather, I'm watching the entire incident in my mind. Great dialogue, too, as it is very realistic and lifelike. But frankly, the best part is the humour. Knowing that both the aristocrats and the two Marines hold each other in such disdain but still hide it behind curt civility is a situation that truly calls for chuckles. Especially once the BW agents make their move. It was fun watching how the nobles took part in the battle. Overall, this was a pleasing fanfic to read, and the best 'day-in-someone's-life' story I've ever seen.
Just so you know, it also reads something like Pratchett. ;)

I generally hate to just point at other reviews and say 'what they said,' but really, if I heap you with more richly-deserved praise, you'll likely drown in it. Others have told you about the dead-on characterization, constant humor, and brilliant story. Your original characters complement Smoker and Tashigi nicely without stealing the proper focus (as original characters are wont to do.) I am happy to say that this is one of the rare stories I would read again and again and laugh at each time. So please-
