Great fic. Just watched the episode; love Gren. I think you captured his feelings towards the betrayal very good.

*laughs* Dew - I don't even like Cowboy Be-Bop, but I absolutely adore this story. I read it so long ago, and it stuck in my mind, and thus I knew I had to review it.

It's powerful - very powerful. I love the tense you're using, it adds a certain decorum to what you're writing about. The characters seem real, and three dimensional, which is a lot more than a lot of fiction out there. In fact, I'm going to go out on a limb, and say this is the best piece of your work that I've ever read - and that includes everything.

Every so often, one comes across a little piece of heaven in the fic world - often, it's unexpected and unthought of. I'm happy to say this is one of those fics.

Powerful portrayals. Excellent, provokative dialog. It begs beyond belief what was going on in Gren's head for the rest of that day.

Amazing.

Flick-chan :)

Yeah, it was interesting, easy to read, and it is cool to have stories about Glen!

Yup it's me again. Since I liked the latest one you wrote, I thought I'd check and see if you have any other CB stories here. Since you do, I thought I'd R&R them all.

First off, let me jump off topic and say it's a relief to find someone who doesn't just write Spike and Faye or Spike and Julia. It's so nice to find another slasher! In my little land of denial, at the end of the series, Spike and Vicious both pretended to kill each other, so the world would think they were dead (like Spike did 3 years ago), and when everyone elses backs were turned, they ran off together and lived happily ever after.

Back on topic. God, the trial is even more painful in the present tense! It was already agonizing in Gren's descriptions in JJ, but this is just so much more raw and painful. Gah, I just want to throw something big and heavy at Vicious, smarmy little bastard. That betrayal couldn't have happened to a sweeter guy. Poor Gren, he's been nothing but good his whole life and what did he get from it? Betrayal from a former lov- er comrade, jail time, horrible illegal experiments and premature death.

The music echoing in his head was a nice touch, very consistant with JJ, seeing as how it was a theme throughout both parts. It made this all the more real and palpable.

That last line, and he screamed, was perfect to end with. I couldn't tell you why, but a line that short and harsh just works beatifully.

Oh... Gren fic. *Good* Gren fic. *sighs happily* Wow, I think I'm in love with you now. ;) I mean, seriously, wow. I've never actually found any *good* Gren fic before! *scampers off to read your other Gren fic*

Ok, I had to tell you this. Before I started reading I have had OST 1: Cowboy Bebop playing on shuffle. I clicked onto your story while Space Lion was playing and finished as Memory started. Your story was more than just a story ... it was an experience. Coincedence, I think not! Gren is one of my fav Bebop charaters too! There should be more fics. As a suggestion or a plea, you should think of writing abother about his time spent in prison, or his thoughts once he gets out. Thanks _

GREN. YOU WROTE SOMETING WITH GREN. I LOVE YOU.

Gren is one of my absolute favorite characters of anything. I adore him to itty bitty bits. My uJournal is even "grencia". (Gren was taken! ;_;)

Marvelous fic by the way. (That was the point of this review, but I had to get my Gren spazzing out of the way!) Him going a little crazy seemed to fit really well, too.. I can picture him being a live wire of unstable mental health under the very calm and collected demeanor we see in sessions 12 and 13.

You wrote about Gren.. I loooove yooooou..
