Fantastic story. I read the entire thing in about two days and very much enjoyed it. Qui-Gon was a bit out of character at points, but the plot was fasinating so I kept reading. Out of 10? I'd say a 7 or 8. And you constantly worrying it was to long? Good grief! I LOOK for long fics. And compleated ones. But that's a different story ;)

Anyway, over all I very much enjoyed it. Great job!

Aw, you nearly made me cry...damn over-emotionalness. I love Kenobi Wan-Obi. He's awesome. And Everyone seemed so human..every character was excellently well defined. I give you three cheers, a hip-hip-hooray, and a happy holidays.

First off, you made me cry in the last chapter! That's so unfair!! I loved the story and read it start to finish this evening of which I shouldn't have cause it's like a quarter to four in the morning and I have to go to work in teh morning. blech. Anyways, I liked the story. Hated Caleb glad he's dead and I loved River. He was a good counterpoint.

And you are right the characters are extremely OOC especially in the beginning. They get better as you write and as you take into account the situation. I mean anybody's demeanor would be changed after what you put them through. The ankle bit made me queasy. Smiles. And I loved that you kept calling Yoda cryptic gnome. giggls suits him. ^_~ Keep up the awesome work. Oh and loved the chapter titles. very very nice.

I missed the Obi/Qui interaction, but you did a great job with Billy and that more than made up for it.
BTW, that's cool, what you did with the song lyrics. I have never heard that song, but I think I would like it. (Maybe I can find someplace to download it... oops! I didn't say that! I mean maybe I can buy the CD... )
Okay, I'm sorry. Its the middle of the night and I am rambling a bit. I just couldn't wait untill tomarrow to finish this. I read it all in one sitting (mostly, RL kept dragging me away but I kept coming back for more.) I just wanted to say I love it!

I read the end of the second to last chapter and i though he has acctually died. that wasnt a cliff hanger, that was a cliff hanger then fallen overthe 20f cliff. It also made me cry (one of very few fics to do so)despite that it was absolutely BRILLIANT! (Apart from some slightly graphic Obi torture) i definately think u should try and get your storys published, if they are anything like this they will be snapped up! thanks for a really good story, good luck for future writings

what is it with u? ive just read failure, and that nearly made me cry, ive just read the first chapter of this and im almost crying again! i must have read nearly a hundred fanfics, and there one other apart from yours that made my eyes fill.
