i reweiwed yesterday you may think i am just some freaky christian but i am new to this site but i want to tell you that God is there for you and when you are afraid or mad or sad or have any problems God is there for you not lucifer get the holy bible and read it if you would like if you feel like you are ready you can pray that God will forgive you of you sins and you will become his child forever

My take on it? Well, are you sympathizing with Lucifer just in name sake, or with the role? There is a difference.

Add to that that it is sometimes pointed out that it was *Satan* who rebelled, whereas the Morning Star fell, but under different circumstances which I don't recall immediately... Meaning he's not necessarily evil.

Also that Lucifer Morning Star is technically a name for the Christ, but is commonly attributed to Satan due to a misreading... Meaning you could be talking to Christ.

Follow your conscience - if it feels wrong, don't do it. If it feels right, don't let the world make you feel wrong for it. If you feel you could be playing with something dangerous, do some research - read through the Bible, study the history of and background of the one called Lucifer, maybe even check out the church of Satan to see their opinion on the matter (It's very interesting, and not what most people think!) et cetera. The intent is that, armed with your reason and knowledge, you can make a decision.

If you read the Bible and believe in it, you will find that humans are given two gifts initially: From God, we recieve reason, and from Lucifer (or rather, the serpent) we recieve knowledge. We use both gifts to go through life effectively. Forsake neither of them.

Also, don't let Satan guilt trip you into turning back to him, because that's never smart. Then, you feel guilty on top of loneliness and become lost. Don't go anywhere, let Christ Jesus find you because I think that He's calling you even now. Can you hear Him? He wants to hold His beautiful little child and tell her it's all right.

If you're really terribly lost at no longer having him to cling to, then it's definitely for the best that you've broken it, and that it stay broken. That dependency is not good for anyone except him.

No, no, the poem's beautiful, it is! You don't need to work on it.
The only thing I wonder is why you're saying goodbye to this guy. He seems a lot nicer than the stern Catholic god I knew as a girl.
If he seems to be angry now that you're turning away from him, can you blame him? The way you told it, you were friends. Did darkness betray you, or did you betray the light you thought was darkness?
You don't have to say goodbye if you don't want to! Just because other people say that your deity is evil doesn't make it true. Listen to your heart. It does not deceive you, no matter what anyone else says.
I know I shouldn't lecture you, but reading this poem, I gathered such sadness from you that I had to step in. If it saddens you to leave Lucifer, then don't!
I would tell you what to do. I would tell you where to turn. You asked for it in your author's notes, after all. But please, listen to me: Don't trust anyone's opinions except the ones that you truly feel are right. Not what should be right, but what you, personally, believe in. If you honestly believe that Lucifer is evil, then turn from him. But if you're only being pressured into it by others, stay strong! The only person who will gain or lose from this is you.

You need not be afraid of light. You don't need to wander lost forever. For, although, Lucifer, or Satan, doesn't love you the way you used to believe, God does. Satan will never be willing to sacrifice anything for you. God sacrificed HIMSELF for you. He died on the cross so that you could live forever with Him in Heaven. Satan is constantly trying to take us down to Hell where he will spend eternity. God wants us to live forever in bliss though. He has an unconditional love for us that can never be stopped or hindered.
