I know she isn't dead, but the stuff the neo moon was doing now makes sense. What happened to her sucks, but the story was good nonetheless. Your depicting real life in a way.

Oh, PLEASE do try to read my mind. It's been ages since I've seen a good head explosion.

At first glance 'pushed his wheeled chair' made me think the guy was supposed to be disabled. Might suggest altering to 'wheeled his chair' or simply 'pushed his chair'.
