and this is a really good and convincing story. One of the best probably THE best Lie-low-at-Lupin's I'ver ever read. It is funny and deep-thought at the same time and it is very impressing how you show the fact that they really don't know each other any more and don't know how to handle. Focusing this on the Boggart is a nice and very good idea too.

and your write them so *well*. the chains in the basement, the "put food on the table and Sirius shows up" ... but reading this just after your other story . with Sirius so young and carefree and Lupin so ... lol, well Lupin-ish ... it was doubly hard.

I knew I knew your name. (I've just finished End of the Beginning). I read this a while ago (maybe all of weeks) and was delighted. As an interested Remus/Sirius reader (and tentative shipper) I have read a lot of these stories. But the introduction worked so well in pacing and tone, and the Boggart was brilliantly described and conceived.
As with EotB, if on a smaller scale, the entire things is so securely constructed it seems to be bigger and longer and describe more than just the words that are written there.

This is the Sirius-after-Azkaban story to compare all others to. Very nicely done.

That... was very good. Sorry, but wow, it was amazingly deep and it's taking me a second to collect my thoughts after reading it. I guesse "wow" kinda sums up my thoughts on it after all. I loved it.

Of all the "Low at Lupin's" fics I've seen (that that's a lot), this is by far the best I've read. I really love how perfectly you captured their relationship.

I just gotta say...very touching. After having read OOtP and the, ahem, ending...well, I found myself wishing Rowling had given us some insight into these two friends' reunion. There's a lot of old ghosts between them.

And I believe the emotions involved in their reuniting would have been like what you've got here, and there is no higher compliment that can be given. Just beautiful.
