Okay, I'm going to stop reading here. What kind of ** is this. Malfoy the chosen of Slytherin, sly and cunning? Have you even read the books. Malfoy attacks people head one when he's outnumbered. This shows he's not cunning, this shows he's an idiotic brat.
Justin being loyal, guess again. During the second year he was one of the first to betray Harry. So long for being Loyal.
Hermione being brave. Guess again she can't even face her own fears, the only one who can is Harry.
Basicly I think your story lacks every measure of intelligence.

What I don't understand is why Harry simply doesn't have Snape fired?
Last year, I was about the same age as Harry is in your story or a year older. There was a teacher who hated my guts because my dad showed him up at college and got the job he wanted. I simply put my MP3 player in my bag, recorded his comments and went with it to the principal. He had no choice but to put the teacher on probation.
Just have harry go to Dumbledore or the governors or so.
