Oooo, I like this one. I always enjoy the interplay between the Bat and the Cat, and you've captured both the sexual tension and the simple 'thrill of the chase' that gets them going. Oh yes, "Emily Gondal"? You're a serious Bronte fan, aren't you? lol. Great story, Syl. :)

The cat statuette was a nice touch. And it fit nicely with _Cat and Mouse_. "I don't have to catch her, son. When she's ready, she'll catch me." Or something to that affect. More Batman/Catwoman stories, please!

First, this was fantastic. Second, I think you've disproved your recent usenet post that Catwoman isn't the right match for Batman/Bruce. This is a great story, Bruce and Selina have the most intense chemistry in the DCU. It's not that your Black Canary stuff is bad, Syl, but it just isn't this good.

Syl, as always, I'm impressed. Chalk up another excellent Bat-fic. Nice job indeed.
