Wow...that's a long from one chapter to the next. Almost 3 years? Really?
Honestly everything I've read so far has been amazing. I hope that sometime soon you are able to get back in the habit of writing and finishing this phenomenal story. After all, how are we supposed to figure out who the man in the lab coat is if you never update and tell us? :P Anyhow, I just started reading everything, but I'm sure there are alot of other writers out there who miss this story as well. In any case, I sincerely hope you are able to get back to writing, so that this wonderful story can be finished and enjoyed by many fanfictional generations to come. LOL I know that was corny, but oh well. Hope to see it again soon!

This is certainly turning into a very different story to the one it appeared to start out as (i.e. fluffy honeymoon caper) but I'm enjoying it. Now what was that corner you've painted yourself into? Are you having trouble deciding where to go with it next? I am waiting rather impatiently to see the next chapter ;-)

Ah, I *hate* reading fics that haven't been updated in ages. Makes me feel like I'm never going to get the end of the story. *unsubtle prod there*

Anyway. Loved this - amnesiac Rick is slightly heartbreaking (although he still likes Evie, which is good XD), and Evie whacking him on the head with her hairbrush made me giggle quite a bit. She would do that. And Rick jumping to the conclusion that she and Jonathan are conning just fits.

Hmm.

Are we going to get an update any time soon?

Just found this and read the first two chapters so far,
was going to wait until I got to the end of what you've done so far before reviewing but I couldn't not review after that chapter simple because of the one line;
"Don't ever--ever--yell out your brother's name when I kiss you."

That was an awesome line! made me laugh my head off -- and then get some rather strange looks from my parents. LOL

That ending is cliff-hanger perfect, and I'm so hooked that I simply can't wait to finish this review and read the rest!

In case I forget by the time I write my next review ... you've captured their characterisations perfectly!

this is far and away the best mummy fic i have thus far found - wonderful writing and characterisation. i'll even forgive the old 'knock on the head' plot ;) you completely drew me in there, i'm excited for the following chapters!

GAH!! The absolute best Mummy fiction I've had the pleasure to read, and it hasn't been updated since '07, which wouldn't be a problem except I'm afraid that it won't be updated again or finished. :(

Oh, please, if you quit, let us know? (Please don't?) The characterization is spot on, the plot is VERY clever, and you're doing SO well with bridging movie and fiction. I'll never fidn a piece of work as good as this.

In the way of constructive criticism, I think "mal au tete" should be "mal a la tete," (sorry, number pad isn't working, so I probably look tacky not having a circonflex over the "e.") You know, because "tete" is feminine.

Or is this some clever grammar work at hand?

Please con't to write this story. Its get some great background work. I would love to see what happens if and when rick's merory comes back. I love this story
