-sighs good and long-...wow. Just...wow. That was so incredible. Ya know, I just love these kind of one-shots (which happen to be my favorite) that aren't stupid...ya know, like have a quick ** and a "bye-bye"...I hate those. But this...this is one of the best. I must say.

I can tell that you know a lot about Naruto. The only thing that I saw was wrong would have to be: Kakashi let team 7 pass when Sasuke and Sakura gave Naruto the food. I also hope that you know that Sasuke doesn't die. He isn't dead, he just fell into a type of state where he looks and sounds dead. He's not. Here's some constructive critisism for ya!

Beautiful! You captured Sasuke's emotions perfectly. I particularly loved his wonder at why he would suddenly throw his life away for someone. Also, I love how you implied his deep connection with Naruto despite the blonde ninja being the antithesis of everything he thought a ninja should be. Wonderful fic!
