The only part i couldn't quite buy is Marshall in footy pajamas. He does have his childlike qualities, but at heart he is a protective, loving, and loyal *man*. But yeah, this was sweet and well written. Your charcterization of Marshall (his inner voice, the gadgets, the relationship with his parents) felt very canonical. I also liked Slaone's barely suppressed annoyance in his conversation with marshall. The only time you see Sloane flummoxed is when he's dealing with Emily and Marshall. I hope Marshall gets some and that Mimi isn't a Russian spy! |
