I don't know if you're going to continue it, seeing as it's been two years, but I thought I'd review anyway... maybe remind you that it exists =P. This is fantastic, anyway, I love the details and foreshadowing; even little mentions like 'Dervish' being sorted (of Dervish & Banges; am I right?) just make it complete. And it's the first Dumbledore fic I've read, so it's much more original than a lot of the fiction on this site. Continue? Indy.x

Tapdancing Parakeet 2004-08-15 ch 6,	abuseWay to dig up an old story! I like where this is going. Interesting bit about religion. Rowling pretty much avoids it because of all the controversy, but I can see it making sense in the era that this story takes place. Still, kind of sucks that everyone at Hogwarts is Christian, but again, that was more common in that time period. About Fawkes: one theory I've heard (and you've probably heard it too) is that he used to belong to Godric Griffindor. Will Albus discover that later in the story, or do you not buy into that theory? I hope you keep this story alive, and don't let it almost die again. =)

Bet it was Albus who wrote the new one ;) I loved the way the kids prayed and thanked God for their magic talents :) I found Albus's letter to his mum cute and funny with all those mistakes. As for the final line... a Professor Dumbledore? Some relations of little Albus's? Or am I misunderstanding things? This is not a time-travel fic with two Albuses at the same time, is it? I hope not... But it's your fic, you can do with it whatever you see fit. Just continue, please, and do it faster this time!

But I got bored and decided, "hey, maybe this is interesting." So I checked out. The nickname Allie didn't make any sense, since I thought it was Flamel.
