I really wish you would continue this story. It's one of the first Fan Fictions I ever read and I still have a lot of love for it. It drives me crazy wondering if Lucius will ever get his act together about Narcissa.

I first read this on fictionalley a very long time ago and I was pleased to find it here on fanfiction.net.

I enjoyed it just as much as I had the first time through. I really wish you would have or planned on continuing this story. I absolutely love it. :)

Really enjoyed your story and I'm not so patiently waiting an update :) I'm a hopeless romantic and I'm really hoping Lucius will realize he was being an idiot and confess his hidden love to Narcissa. Also hoping she will not end up with Sean and go back to Lucius... then they'd live happily ever after! Update soon!

She started Devotion in 2002 long before any of us knew Narcissa was a Black. It can't be helped that her story isn't canon.

The story hasn't been updated in more than a year, does that mean it's discontinued? If it is can you write something on your profile? Although I think it's worth continuing, even though its side tracks from cannon..but since it started in '02 it can't be helped.

Honey, narcissa is a Black. I don't know how much you know about the actual history here,but look up narcissa Black would you? she is one of the richest most well strained purebloods ever. SHe wouldnot tolerate abuse from a Malfoy, adn her last name was NEVER Stirling. THe story itself, is lovely, and you are an amazing writer. Keep writing, just do your homework next time.

Aah! It's so exciting! I love how you change the perspectives of Lucius and Narcissa to make them so much more human. It's hard to see in the books that they had hated Muggle, well, anything withhout even seeing it for themselves, but only because we readers live in that kind of world we assume that they know about it all. Narcissa is more human than emo, than is shown in many other pieces, and she is dynamic, being affected by Erinn's strength.

I adore Sean, too, but his onesided affection is just so sad, you know! I'm shipping Sean/Erinn on this one. He is, though, a very creative way to get her out of this room- Portkey? Didn't see it coming! I really want to see how Lucius will react- will he wait a few DAYS before he visits her again, or will a house-elf let him know? The house elf one probably is more plausible, but it's waay more anticlimactic. How IS Narcissa getting out of this one?
