Akasha Drake 2/16/13 . chapter 1It's stories like this that mean when I'm depressed, I know it will get better Musta been twenty of them at one time or another. Hmm, twenty stories. I think that DOES qualify as a Tall Tale. |
IamNotawriter 1/29/13 . chapter 1 Thank You! This is a fine tribute to both worlds. |
Valandar 8/27/12 . chapter 1I realize it's been ten years since you wrote this fic, and may not even have the account (or the email it''s tied to) anymore... but this was simply an AWESOME story. Having read both the Callahan's series and Harry Potter, this is an EXCELLENT way to tie the two together - and really doesn't change much in either canon, except making Harry potentially less angsty at the start of book 5. Good job, and a wonderful read! |
Silverdragonstar 4/30/12 . chapter 1So great! You nailed the tone and feel of a Challahan story. Heartwarming story. |
pjgarlach 3/18/12 . chapter 1Nice Story! I always did enjoy tha Callahan stories. This definitely has the feel of one. I can give no higher praise! Paul Garlach |
Thaumh 1/6/12 . chapter 1Most impressive. |
Rosa Mundi 4/28/11 . chapter 1That was a nice story. |
FluffyNevyn 2/3/11 . chapter 1Excellent story fragment. One minor, minor error. Lady MacBeth got blown up when Callahan's was ground zero of the Mini-Nuke that Saved the world. D Love it, read it, favorited it, will probably go back and read it again every few months. D |
Dagmar Beck 9/8/10 . chapter 1I like both Callahan and Harry Potter and I would not have thought they could mesh so well Well Done |
WEMB 4/24/10 . chapter 1Though much time has passed between the time this story was written and the time I discovered and read it. I thank you for creating this brillant little tale. |
Obsidius 3/28/10 . chapter 1Very Well Written. You do Callahan's proud. You got it very right. THanks. |
Bill Hagridsson 3/18/10 . chapter 1Wow. I've been a Callahanian for a long time (even did my own crossover between these universes, before a real crossover category existed), and I think you've nailed the characters. Great stuff! |
noylj 8/6/09 . chapter 1I don't get all the puns, I always liked Callahans except for some beliefs and politics, and I sure didn't follow all of Bumbles comments, but the story was very true to Spider. Personally, I don't think Callahans closed, some people just couldn't find it anymore. |
Progos 5/29/09 . chapter 1You, sir, are awesome. I've never read the Callahan's books, but I have an idea of what the place is like from Steve Savitsky's "Someplace in the Net" (which is actually about ). Time and Space are not enough to keep good friends apart; Callahan's is just a name for somewhere in the heart. We'll drink a toast to friends we knew before we ever met, When we're together Someplace in the Net. |
vanillafluffy 11/23/08 . chapter 1This is fandamntastic. Awesome crossover. The puns made me feel right at home, and the Harry-from-the-future angle was a blast. I could imagine Mike and Dumbledore trading puns, and the whole "THAT'S where he gets it from" regarding Harry's use of "Sir" was good for giggle among the many guffaws. |
