well, that's sweet of kenshin. if it weren't for his wounds, i would have thought that a lemon would be good. but i guess there are moments like this are better than making love. after all, making love tome is a sacred thing where you intensely express your love for that person, so intense your love is that it overflows. but i'd only agree to this about married persons. i don't like premarital um,,anyway, speaking of lemon, you promised us a lemon for ". Ni Ko No Shinzou Ga .." It's past your exams already (which by the way i hope you did great) and almost a week since then....okay, so not really a week but, it's been days since your vacation is. Argh. Please, stop, the fangirl Japanese is killing me.

The story itself is very sweet and I like it. The descriptions are nice and I'm always for K&K WAFF, so on that end, keep it up.

But please, stop with the bad Japanese usage. I'm a fourth year Japanese student and almost every instance of Japanese in this story is cringe worthy. There is no reason to make Kenshin say "sessha" in a story written for readers of the English language. It's stilted, awkward and it drags the story down.

On the usage of "de gozaru." Kenshin does not slap "de gozaru" onto the end of every sentence. "De gozaru" is an archaic form of "desu" which is, for all intents and purposes, the verb form of "to be." "Onegai de gozaru" does not make any sense. You are making Kenshin say "to be please." "Chigau" literally means "difference" and "chigau de gozaru" is incorrect on various fronts. The tense is wrong, "de gozaru" is out of place and he wouldn't use that phrase anyway.

Making Kenshin say "demo" before sentences is highly feminine speech and it doesn't work.

Kaoru would never say "naze da." It's highly masculine speech, as is any instance of "da."

Again, the story itself is cute. I'd read more of it. But is suffers greatly from the sheer misuse of Japanese and would all over work better if it were to be removed, or at the very least, corrected and toned down.
