As can be seen, I've abruptly decided to revisit your writing. Enjoyable fic, though I felt that the imagery is a little inconsistent in the middle. However, wonderful portrayal of the melancholy of one-sided love.

That was brilliant. Yes, it was. I love your description of Hanamichi, it's totally spot-on and accurate, and beautiful too ("Your strands of hair like amber strings from the sun, your laughter and bizarre antics like chords of heavenly music."). I'm too sleepy right now to fully get your neon lights metaphor but I will be thinking about it. I don't know, this review sucks but your fic was amazing. I'm guessing the narrator is Rukawa (well, duh...). I don't really like Rukawa/Hanamichi fics but I liked yours. Especially since it's a one-sided love from Ru. And especially since you write really, really well, as if it really were his thoughts and feelings. Nice work. Keep it up.
