Wow, I must admit I really like the end of your fic. Keeping the identity of the woman a mystery is such a clever idea! This was a very original idea for a one-shot story, and I liked how Zorro questions his own actions and what he has become. This is what I truly like in writing, when one is able to make seemingly perfect characters have weak points :)

This is a very intriguing fic. One aspect I really enjoyed was Zorro fearing what he had become and what he was capable of. It’s not something I have seen brought up in other fanfics. Great little twist at the end; I love how you kept the identity of the woman a mystery, letting the reader draw their own conclusions.

The flow and structure of this story is well done, but it could use a quick proofreading. I noticed a few spots where the wrong tense was used (raid/raided, believe/believed, etc.). Overall, it was a great read. Thank you for posting it! :-)

Was the Senora Maria? Or, was her name Ana Maria? It's been years since I've seen the Disney show, since they took it off their schedule. I really enjoyed this story, great job!

A nice little vignette! Quite plausable in the course of the storyline. And, of course, we're all left in suspense (but not really)... :)
