Maelwys Spatrailaeght 2009-12-07 . chapter 1 painted maypole... hahaha Shakespeare! YES! I LOVE IT! MUAHAHAHAHA! |
;( 2006-11-27 . chapter 1 A suitable fate for Mareigh Sue is to be stabbed by a ringwraith while everyone else is to 'busy' fighting the other ringwraiths. When she sees how ugly she is after becoming a ringwraith, she'll commit suicide. :} |
The Great One 2003-06-04 . chapter 2 I LOVE IT. I love it hell i love you well not really anyways excellent story. |
Captain-Emily 2003-01-18 . chapter 2Aww...poor Legolas. He really does seem n the verge of a mental breakdown, so I'm gonna agree with Avaris on this one and say that he should be the one responsible for Mary Sue's downfall. (Whether it be by shaving her head or otherwise). |
Avaris Sky 2003-01-03 . chapter 1Wow... *is in awe* Bloody brilliant.
And a suitable fate for Mareigh?
Heh... Legolas breaks down mentally one night and shaves off all of Mareigh's hair because he can’t stand how perfect it is; reclaiming his place as the fairest haired Fellowship member once again. *^_^
I know I've said it once but, *brilliantly* done. I can’t wait to read more. |
Owl 2003-01-03 . chapter 1'Allo! My favorite part would definitely be the huddle, when Boromir's like, "I don't think her ankle's really broken."
"Sprained!"
Followed, of course, by Legolas's worry that her hair is nicer.
I only ask that you try and find some new points of humor. Aragorn's greasy hair and Legolas's perfection *fangirl sigh* -- and total pretty boy-ness has been already overplayed in many a parody. Although I haven't gotten sick of it yet. *g*
A suitable fate... Hm... Perhaps being smote by Sauron, who turns out to be the Mary Sue of Tolkien? (Or whatever you call a male Mary Sue.) That would be quite interesting. *g*
Good job so far! |
 sadge 2003-01-03 . chapter 1 evil...pure sugary evil...that's what she is...throw her in Mt Doom...yes... |
 Lottie du Bois 2003-01-03 . chapter 1FAN=BLOODY-TASTIC!
I love it! Especially the bit with Legolas and him worrying about his hair. And the descriptions of Mareigh Sue speaking like the angels! Hilarious!
Suitable fate?? Don't know- will think about it for you! |
Captain-Emily 2003-01-03 . chapter 1This was really great, and I can't help but wonder what "Mareigh Sue" is up to, and you seem to be foreshadowing that it's not going to be anything good. As to her fate, I really don't have a clue. If I think of anything clever, I'll let you know. =op
Anyway, my favorite part was probably the way you portrayed Legolas. The movie Legolas is really quite a beautiful man- and as is common with those men that transcend being just handsome into being truly beautiful- there is generally a sense of self-importance and extreme arrogance that surrounds them. Somehow, you've managed to show this without making him too incredibly feminine. Well, aside from that hair comment. That was a bit on the feminine side, as well as a bit whiny, but when it comes to such a "distressing" situation, I think he has the right to whine a bit. After all, even Legolas can't compare to a Mary/ Mareigh Sue. |
