Why so sad? Good, but why? It's true, you can't ever let anyone get too close, but why so sad? You get used to it after a while. The fact that everyone leaves sometimes. Some just sooner than others. You can't let anyone in.

Awwwwww, how sweet! Matt thinks about his pal Gabumon...not many of those out there...it's all those cursed Ken-reflects-on-Wormmon's-death fics. I HATE those fics. There's more of them than Matt's-abusive-father fics, even though those are good, there's like millions. Okay, I'm getting off the subject here-sorry! Good little thing- I like it. I feel this way about some friends I used to have, friends that I miss and for one reason or another, just cannot go back to. There is always hope though, locked gates have keys somewhere, and you never know when you'll stumble onto one. That's really a beautiful metaphor and a comforting story.
